AI Quality Program Credential / Draft

A versioned handshake for AI-assisted GMP/GLP documentation review.

MJM QAAI uses its own AI quality-program handshake, designed to align with emerging agent discovery, scoped-access, provenance, and AI-risk-management patterns without depending on any single immature standard.

What This Credential Says

  • MJM QAAI is a regulated-environment-derived quality program for documentation review.
  • AI may inspect completeness, consistency, traceability, source alignment, and gap status.
  • AI findings do not replace human quality approval, client approval, regulatory responsibility, or professional judgment.
  • Customer-specific records, confidential sources, and internal AI notes are excluded from public inspection.

What AI Inspectors May Review

  • Program scope and review boundaries.
  • Primary-source rules and source map.
  • Vendor intake and gap-report workflow.
  • Anonymization and publication controls.
  • Machine-readable handshake and agent capability card.

Alignment Without Overclaiming

Designed to be compatible with emerging patterns.

Pattern How MJM QAAI Uses It Claim Boundary
A2A Agent Cards Agent-style capability metadata and discovery fields. A2A-inspired, not full A2A protocol conformance.
MCP / OAuth Scoped-access and authorization design principles. Security architecture reference, not a live public integration.
C2PA Provenance-ready review records and future signed artifacts. No C2PA compliance claim until C2PA signing is implemented.
NIST AI RMF AI-risk and governance language for review boundaries. Aligned concepts, not certification.

Current Status

This credential package is draft and not final publication copy. It can be used for marketing-package development and vendor-approval readiness planning after human review.

Public upload/intake functionality is not enabled. Any live vendor processor requires access control, confidentiality terms, file retention rules, malware scanning, audit logging, and approval workflow controls.
